Barakat World partnership enables Afghan Geeks Education's largest cohort
Afghan Geeks Education launches a seven-month web development and AI program for 100 Afghan women, starting May 2026. This cohort is part of our Empowering Women in Afghanistan initiative and represents our largest training program to date.
Program Highlights
Sponsor: Barakat World provides one-year partnership funding
Students: 100 Afghan women, selected through individual interviews
Duration: 7 months (May - November 2026)
Cost to Students: Free — no tuition or fees
Delivery: Afghan Geeks Education custom LMS with AI-powered personalization
Curriculum Structure
Months 1-3: Foundational web development (theory and core skills)
Months 4-7: Project-based learning with team collaboration and real applications
Students learn industry best practices, work in groups, and build portfolio projects. The program adapts to individual skill levels through our AI-enhanced platform.
What's Covered
Barakat World sponsorship funds instructor compensation and program resources. Afghan Geeks Education provides the learning platform, career support, and job placement assistance.
Students receive comprehensive technical training and post-graduation support at no cost.
